The community of Semper-Innova is an organized and scouting based community being that we strive to learn more about our passions and how we can bring the knowledge, talents and gifts into each community that a Semper-Innova Troop resides in. Our goal is to use our program and membership to enrich communities into a trustworthy, uplifting, and innovative community.
