As of lately there has been a cry out towards a push to community and teamwork. There has also been talk about innovations and development and healing. Creating a place beyond the ground zero that we have found in recent times. We need a reminder that we are capable of establishing while developing, this is by way of gaining knowledge and using it for the better nature of the community and it's habitants. Here at Semper-Innova we have created a program for adults to come together and create a forward movement towards the update of ones community and a push to innovate the relationships from person to person as well as community to community.

In the past few years we are witnessing a global pandemic, different forms of social deconstruction, and many forms of self isolation.  It is important that we reinforce, reestablish, and innovate the things that bring us together as a people. It takes more than one individual to create a world. Especially if it is a place for the people who inhabit it. It takes a community.

The Semper-Scouts program is an organized program for adults to come together and achieve goals both self assigned and/or dispatched. In the process of completing the goal as a team, the scouts will learn and develop information and relationships that benefit the community and Scouts together. The gaining of knowledge nd application of such for the benefit of the community is a paramount experience. The program also comes with training, meetings, adventures, and more.

There are three foundations to the program that will be introduced and experienced in full. The foundations are Music, Technology, and Wellness. These foundations are split into thee companies (Alpha, Bravo, & Carlie). With in each will be a team of scouts that strive to use their foundation to better the community, and environment as a whole. From there their goal is to innovate and be the best version for themselves and community.

The Semper Scout program is a community based organization for people +18. The goal of the organization is to help the community develop as well as the people in it. We also push the envelope in the world of innovation on a community sized level. However, it is not limited to one place.
